Miért szerepel az Ön eszközének sorozatszáma a fekete listán?

Ha a termék garanciális regisztrációja sikertelen, és az üzenet így szól: „Garancia regisztráció sikertelen, az eszköz SN-je a fekete listán van, részletek: https://www.solaxpower.com/warranty-blacklist/”, az alábbi okok állhatnak a háttérben:

1. Az eszköz lopott tételből származik

Az eszköz SN-je egy 2022. július 18-án Hollandiából Csehországba szállított lopott terméktételhez tartozik. Többcsatornás hivatalos bejelentést tettünk. Ezekhez a lopott tételhez tartozó termékekre nem nyújtunk garanciát, szervizt vagy technikai támogatást. Ellenőrizheti az eszköz SN-jét a hivatalos weboldalunkon vagy a következő linken: https://www.solaxpower.com/announcement.html

2. Egyéb okok

Ha az eszköz SN-je nem tartozik lopott tételhez, de továbbra is a „Garancia regisztráció sikertelen, az eszköz SN-je a fekete listán van” üzenetet kapja, kérjük, vegye fel a kapcsolatot a SolaX szerviz csapatával: service.eu@solaxpower.com.
